Automated ETL pipelines for D2C brands
Every marketplace, quick-commerce partner and ad platform gives you data in a different format, on a different portal, at a different time. We build pipelines that collect all of it automatically, clean it, and load it into one warehouse your whole team can trust.
The problem
- Someone on your team logs in to 10+ portals every morning just to download reports.
- Each channel names SKUs, locations and dates differently, so nothing joins cleanly.
- Reports break silently when a portal changes its export format.
- Historical data is scattered across laptops and email attachments, so trend analysis is impossible.
What you get
- Production pipelines running on a schedule, with alerts on failure
- A documented data model (sales, inventory, POs, ads, returns)
- SKU, channel and location master tables
- Monitoring and a runbook your team can understand
What we build
Multi-source ingestion
Marketplace seller portals, quick-commerce partner dashboards, ad consoles, Shopify, your ERP or OMS, Google Sheets and email reports, pulled via API where available and automated downloads where not.
SKU & location mapping
A master mapping layer that ties every channel's ASIN, FSN, item ID and warehouse code back to your own SKU and city list.
Scheduled & incremental loads
Daily, hourly or near-real-time refreshes that only fetch what changed, so pipelines stay fast and cheap.
Data quality checks
Row counts, duplicate detection, missing-day alerts and schema-change detection, so you hear about a problem before your dashboard is wrong.
Cloud data warehouse
Clean, modelled tables in BigQuery, Postgres or the warehouse you already use, ready for dashboards, analysts and AI tools.
Backfills
We load your historical data too, so you get year-on-year comparisons from day one.

Frequently asked questions
What is an ETL pipeline for an ecommerce brand?
ETL stands for Extract, Transform, Load. For a D2C brand it means automatically pulling data from every sales channel and ad platform (extract), standardising SKUs, dates and metrics (transform), and storing it in one database (load) so reporting and analysis happen from a single source of truth.
Which data sources can you connect?
Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa; quick-commerce partners like Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart; Shopify and other storefronts; Amazon and Flipkart ads; ERPs and OMS tools; and spreadsheets or emailed reports. If your team can download it, we can usually automate it.
What if a platform doesn't have an API?
Many seller and partner portals don't offer a public API for every report. In those cases we build reliable automated downloads with monitoring, so a format or login change is caught and fixed quickly.
Which data warehouse do you use?
We commonly use Google BigQuery because it is inexpensive at D2C data volumes and works well with Looker Studio and Sheets, but we also build on Postgres, Snowflake or whatever you already have.
How long does it take to set up?
A first set of core pipelines (for example, sales and inventory for your top channels) is typically live within a few weeks, with more sources added in phases.
