Analytics dashboards for D2C brands
A dashboard is only useful if it answers the question you have on Monday morning. We design dashboards around the decisions your founders, category, supply-chain and marketing teams actually make, and connect them to live, automated data.
The problem
- Leadership sees different numbers depending on who made the report.
- Every question needs an analyst to build a new spreadsheet.
- You can't see sales, stock and ad spend for the same SKU side by side.
- Dashboards exist, but nobody opens them because they're slow or out of date.
What you get
- Role-based dashboards (founders, category, supply chain, marketing)
- Metric definitions everyone agrees on
- Automated refresh from your data pipelines
- Daily or weekly digest reports
What we build
Business overview
Revenue, units, AOV and growth by channel, category and SKU, with daily, weekly and monthly views.
Channel-wise performance
Compare Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, quick commerce, modern trade and your website on one page.
Inventory health
Stock on hand, days of cover, stockout risk and aged inventory by SKU and location.
Ads vs sales
Ad spend, ROAS, ACOS and TACOS next to organic sales, so you see the real impact of marketing.
City & pincode views
Geographic sales and availability for quick-commerce and regional distribution decisions.
Scheduled snapshots
Key numbers pushed to email, Slack or WhatsApp every morning, so nobody has to go looking.

Frequently asked questions
Which dashboard tools do you use?
We build in Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase or a custom web dashboard, depending on your team, budget and how many people need access.
Can you build dashboards on top of our existing data?
Yes. If you already have data in a warehouse or spreadsheets, we can start there. If data is scattered, we usually set up pipelines first so the dashboard stays accurate.
How often does the data refresh?
As often as the source allows. Most marketplace data refreshes daily; some sources, like ads and quick-commerce inventory, can refresh several times a day.
What metrics should a D2C brand track?
At minimum: channel-wise revenue and units, contribution margin, inventory days of cover, fill rate for B2B and quick-commerce POs, ad spend with ROAS or TACOS, and return rates. We help you pick the handful that drive decisions.
